  • Casa Angela is a one-storey house in the village Sumber, only 7 km from Labin.

    The tourist town Rabac with its beaches and varied gastronomic and sports facilities is 12 km away. On completely enclosed property it offers to the guests two terraces, sun loungers, barbecue, seating set, badminton/volleyball net and several parking spaces.



    Holiday home for 5-6 guests consists of living area with sofa bed for one child, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Prachtig vrijstaand huis met een grote afgesloten tuin. Modern en licht ingericht. Airco in alle kamers is een grote meerwaarde. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Meerdere terrassen met zitgelegenheid. Ideale lokatie voor een vakantie in alle rust en stilte en toch dichtbij kust, supermarkten, restaurants enz.

Riesiges, umzäuntes Grundstück zur freien Verfügung. Keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Der Vermieter wohnt fußläufig erreichbar. Er war sehr freundlich und bemüht um unser Wohl ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Ein elektrisches Gartentor hält ungebetene Leute ab. Gute Ausstattung des Hauses und des Gartens. Wir benötigten allerdings auch keinen Pool und keine Mikrowelle. Gefehlt hat uns im Wohnbereich eine indirekte Leuchtquellle, uns persönlich waren die verschieden zu schaltenden Lampen zu grell. Das Gästebad ist mit der einzigen Dusche recht eng geschnitten. Draußen gab es auf der hinteren Terrasse und beim toll ausgestatteten Grillplatz Sitzbänke, wir hätten Stühle bevorzugt. Auf der Veranda, vorne am Haus, fehlte uns eine Sitzgelegenheit. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und zwei Schirme waren vorhanden. Für den Einkauf fährt man nach Labin (u.a. Lidl, Spar, DM), zum Flanieren und Baden nach Rabac. Restaurants sind keine im Ort aber in der Umgebung. Nach Pula im Süden und dem sehenswerten Rovinj im Westen brauchten wir mit dem Auto weniger als eine Stunde. Wir hatten einen erholsamen, entspannten Aufenthalt.

Der Besitzer der Casa Angela ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht deutsch und steht stets mit Ratschlägen zur Seite. Das Haus ist sauber. Für 6 Personen ist genügend Platz vorhanden. Das Haus hat zwei Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer. In jedem Schlafzimmer ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Ebenfalls eine im Wohnzimmer. Das Grundstück ist angenehm groß, hat einen Grillplatz und ein Volleyballnetz. Es sind 5 Sonnenliegen vorhanden und mehrere Sonnenschirme. Man wohnt dort sehr abgeschieden und ruhig. Im Haus stehen Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und jede Menge Putzmittel zur Verfügung. Außerdem war ausreichend Handseife, Geschirrspülmittel und auch Tabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Ebenfalls Kaffe und Kakao. Es fehlte eigentlich an nichts, außer vielleicht einer zweiten Garnitur Besteck. Wir haben als Begrüßungsgeschenk eine Flasche leckeren Weißwein und zwischendurch eine Flasche Kräuterbrand erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich bei Daniel.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Daniel, der Hauseigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat uns Wein, Tomaten aus dem Garten und Eier gebracht. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
