Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you ! The apartment is composed as follows : First floor : \- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofas... \- A dining room \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... On the first floor \- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 3: with two simple beds \- Bathroom with shower \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. La piscine est parfaite avec ses escaliers, sa plage, et elle est assez longue pour nager un peu. Les transats sont hyper confortables. Les alentours sont magnifiques et parfaits pour faire du footing ou du vélo car les petites routes et chemins sont peu fréquentés. Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir aux alentours et nous n’avons pas pu tout faire en une semaine. Dans le village il y a une boulangerie exceptionnelle qui fait de l’excellent pain, du snack à emporter délicieux et les meilleurs croissants de la Drôme ! La boucherie et l’épicerie sont aussi de qualité.
