バスターミナルに近くて便利なロケーション。

バスターミナルに近いので、出張時の日本からこられるお客様には直接仁川空港からバスできて頂き、ここで待ち合わせをしました。

食堂が中止（朝食込みの料金なのに）

朝食込みで予約したのですが、着いてみれば朝食サービスはやってないとの事。 代替えも提供されず。 フロントの女の子にごたごた言っても始まらないのでそうですかと引き下がりましたが 納得が出来ません。 朝食が無いのなら代金を返却するか代替え案を提供するのが 一般的では。

西水原バスターミナルから徒歩3分の距離にあるホテルです。 仁川空港には30分に1本 金浦空港には2時間に1本 バスが出ており、朝一以外はそんなに混んでいないので 乗れないってこともありません。 hotelは韓国のモーテルに少しプラスした感じです。

カラオケの音がうるさい

１１階の部屋がアサインされたのですが、上の階にカラオケが設置してある部屋があり また、防音がきちんとされておらず、酔っ払いと子供が歌う声が夜中まで響きまったく 眠れませんでした。 それ以外はバスターミナルの横で移動の便利も良かったです。

サウナ付、豪華な朝食

2月に2泊しました。 足りないものや欲しいものは、フロントに言えばすぐ部屋まで届けてくれます。フロント対応は丁寧です。 サウナと湯船がありますが、おそらく使わないかな。 部屋自体は、オンドルがきっちり効いているので洗濯して部屋干ししておけば朝には乾いてます。 朝食は、食べ放題で種類たくさんあります。 西水原バスターミナルはe-martと隣接しており、このホテルまで5分くらいでした。

10만원 호텔비 내고 6만원짜리 낡은 모텔에서 잠을 잤습니다

호텔닷컴을 이용해서 근 10만원을 들여 호텔 예약을 했는데, 막상 가보니 수원고속터미널옆 모텔촌에 있는 비즈니스모텔인데다가 조식포함으로 예약을 했는데 아침 식사하러 내려갔더니 일요일에는 조식서비스가 없다는 황당한 상황을 맞이하게 되었네요. 게다가 호텔닷컴에 불만과 조식서비스 환불을 요청하려고 전화했더니 잠시 기다려달라는 말과 함께 무려 7분간 기다리게 만들고는 전화가 끊어졌습니다. 혹시나 기다렸더니 다시 전화가 오지도 않는군요. 대실망입니다.

Früher bestimmt mal Top, heute eher Flopp

Hallo, war mit drei Kollegen in dem Hotel. Die Ausstattung wäre super, wenn sie den Funktionieren würde. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Hottub, eine Sauna und eine Dusche. Keine der Hottubs konnte Eingeschaltet werden, ein Kollege konnte sie noch nicht mal mit Wasser füllen da der Verschluss undicht war und das Wasser schneller Auslief als man nachfüllen konnte. Da Sommer war, waren die Saunas verständlicherweise abgeschaltet aber in einem Zimmer wuchsen Pilze (also kein Schimmel sondern echte Pilze mit Stiel usw.) aus den Holzplanken der Sauna. Die Duschen tröpfelten eher als das man wirklich von Duschen sprechen könnte. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Heizung, die sich im Hochsomme rbei 32°C nicht abschalten lief und sich somit einen Wettstreit mit der Klimaanlage liefern durfte. Das Hotel besitzt im 15 Stock eine Party Lounge in der jedem Abend eine Live Band spielt. Leider so laut, dass man sie bis mindestenz in den 11. Stock bei geschlossenem Fenster hört. Das Personal war sehr nett, versteht aber größtenteils kein Englisch wodurch kommunikation sich schwiereig gestaltet. Was gut ist, ist die Lage für Besucher des Physikalischen Campuses der SKKU. Man läuft ca. 20 Minuten dorthin. Zusätlich ist direkt gegen über dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle mit Fernbussen zum Internationalen Flughafen (Incheon) (12.000 Won pro Ticket) und ein emart (größere Einkaufskette) in dem man sich mit allem nötigen Versorgen kann. Das Frühstück war auch nicht so toll.

Directly next to the bus station, easy to reach from Gimpo and Incheon. Sauna in every room. Staff tries to be very helpfull however most of them cannot speak English. A lot of non-English speaking restaurants close by. Next to e-mart which is a very large supermarket providing everything one might need. Close to a lake with opportunities for work out.

호텔이아니라 하급모텔...

모텔촌이라 새벽늦게까지 옆건물에서 노래방소리때문에 잠을 한숨도 못잤어요 환기겸 창문열려고했는데 고장나서 안열리고요 다음날아침은 식당이캄캄해서 반찬이 하나도 안보이더군요. 이런 숙소는 처음이에요 정말 돈아깝습니다

フロントデスクには女性の方がいて、日本語は通じませんでしたが、英語で問題なく対応してくれました。4泊したのですが、初日に朝食券を6枚渡されましたw ホテルの目の前がすぐバスターミナル、e martで、便利なのですが、近くが大きい道路で、少しうるさかったのと、周辺はラブホばかりで、出入りがしずらかったです。 ここのホテルもほぼラブホと言えるでしょう。 お部屋は玄関入って、もうひとつ扉があってお部屋、という感じで、内側の扉にも鍵がかけられるようになっていたので、よかったですが、セキュリティボックスがなかったです。 家具などは少し壊れていましたが、古いだけだと思えば、気にならなかったです。パソコンもあって、パソコンでダウンロードした映画などをテレビで見たりできました。コンセントが全て不便なところにあって、ソウルのホテルのように普通に日本用のプラグがさせるコンセントがないので、必ず変電機が必要です。 浴室は、お部屋と同じ位の大きさがあって、ジャグジー、シャワー、サウナ、洗面台、トイレが完備されていました。トイレはウォシュレットではなかったです。シャワーのところは独立して仕切られていて、使いやすかったです。ジャグジーは、お風呂好きな日本人にとっては残念な事に、長年使われていなかったようで、すごくきたなかったです。掃除して何度もジャグジーの噴射をして、5回目の水の入れ替えでやっと綺麗になりました。とても広くてすごく入りたかったので、掃除しましたが、元々綺麗にしておいて欲しかったです。韓国の人はあまり湯に浸からないみたいだからしかたないかなとも思いましたが。 シャンプーや、ボディソープなどはありましたが、歯ブラシやその他のアメニティは何もなかったです。なぜか歯磨き粉と、シェービングフォームは置いてありましたが。ドライヤーは、備え付けのものがあったのですが、固定のものなので、使いづらかったです。ベットは広くて寝心地が良かったですが、シーツの状態があまり良くなかったので、もう少しいい状態のものを使用して欲しいと思いました。 冷蔵庫の中にミネラルウォーターと、缶ジュースが入っていましたが、飲んでいいのか分からず、ホテルのインフォメーションのパンフレットも韓国語しかなかったので、多言語のインフォメーションがあったらよかったなぁと思います。 料金もさほど安くはなかったので、今一つ、満足のいくようなサービスがあるとよかったです。

월풀안되는 욕조와 고장난 욕조TV

월풀욕조를 광고에 내세우면서 정작 월풀이 작동되지 않습니다. 프론트에 이야기하니 호텔전체가 월풀이 고장이랍니다. 월풀기능을 일부러 못하게 해놓은거지요.. 그럼 월풀욕조를 내세우면 안될거 같은데요. 더불어 욕조에 딸린 벽면TV도 고장이랍니다. 참내. 야경내려다보며 월풀하기? 야경은 보입니다만 월풀은 안됩니다...월풀땜에 돈을 더 들인건데...돈이 아깝네요. 그냥 일반 호텔에 가는게 낫겠어요.

The best experience of my life!

The hotel was not only clean but the room itself was very intimate. It set a nice relaxing warm home feel with a touch of class. The open bathroom was very nice and intimate. I would recommend any couple who want to stay at a nice clean intimate hotel to go to Mate Hotel! I loved it!

Just So so.

This hotel is for couple or business. Blackfast quality was good but restaurnat is used for BAR at night, Restaruant at morning. Furniture was old and bubble spa was not working. Except that the others are just fair.

quiet hotel

Mostly this hotel is meant for couples (en suite spa, wet sauna, etc). Good internet (30Mbit up/down). Room was very well insulated for sound. Could never hear other guests. There are no non-smoking rooms here, so for the first day I kept the window open. OK after that. They deliver a free breakfast to your room, but I didn't like the food and there were few alternatives open early in the neighborhood. Located next to the "e-Mart" hypermarket, so it's convenient for food and shopping once they are open. Airport bus every hour from the bus station at e-Mart.
