Bed frame mattress was in was not clean. Air went out in room throughout the night. Called desk and was told someone will call me back. Instead of calling to resolve the issue. My son had to go to the front desk to get it handled by asking for me to be put in another room. That room toilet did not flush well. Had to wait until water slowly build in tank to flush toilet when using it. Cooler box in each room was not cool or cold more like lukewarm.Patio area was not clean. Breakfast buffet and coffee was lukewarm for $19.99. Staff check in was pleasant and friendly. Other staff members along with security were unprofessional playing and laughing as if they were at a social event and not at work. Which requires them to be professional. Parking deck was dirty. Overall experience was of an average at best.

El staff es muy amable, el hotel es impresionante. La arquitectura te hace sentir en un lugar especial, la alberca está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, y están renovados, el baño nuevo recomiendo muchísimo este Hotel
