"Property was well maintained and rooms clean however the rooms did not have drawers for our clothes so other then some that we can hang in closet the rest has to remain in suitcase But excellent service from staff and food was good"

"On checking in, we realised my daughter had booked using my Short/ preferred name, not full name. The older lady ant the reception (could be the Manager) asked us to pay by cash as the name on the booking was different to the name on my card (even if my bank account has my full name and nick name). Another option was to change names on the booking website. The hotel’s wifi wasn’t working. My daughter and I had to walk down the hill to the ATM and uphill back. It was hot on the day. There was no prior warning (on booking) that the road would be closed at tight. We were told a night before, and we had a Church service at night. After the service we had to walk uphill at night."

"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."
