"No nice breakfast, staff didn’t turn on the light for me when I wanted to take my birthday picture as a solo traveler who arrived by 10pm, no birthday surprise for me even after mentioning it, nothing to eat for breakfast I didn’t even eat the last breakfast.. my room which they said was upgraded to sea view had a scraped of paint near the bathroom, the bed are so uncomfortable and very low.. "The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you "
