Fine holiday 2 floor villa built on a sloped, terraced terrain surrounded by magnificent Mediterranean garden with stairs leading to seafront and a small jetty for safe mooring and bathing. Situated in a small and very quiet village with a shop and a restaurant, yet not far from the main island resorts. The villa benefits from its spacious garden with many little posts to rest and enjoy the views. Leading from a large bedroom is a spacious terrace with stunning sea view, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for quiet family holiday.

We had a wonderful week, the villa is in a unique and beautiful location. We didn’t hire a car and managed to get around using the local bus service. Šime was always on the end of a WhatsApp to help us out with any queries. Would highly recommend

Gorgeous location
The photos don't do this stunning location justice. The scale and beauty of the surroundings can't be captured on a phone screen! We snorkelled and kayaked all day, barbequed or ate at one of the "konobas" in Bobovisca in the evenings. The road to the property is completely bonkers by comparison to rural England, but completely achievable by a careful and brave driver. Milna harbour, the Olive Oil Museum and visiting Vidova Gora were highlights of our outings, but the best bits of the holiday were in the water right at the bottom of the garden!

Stunning place
Authentic Dalmatian property in incredible peaceful location that has everything you need. Two restaurants and shop in the village, fantastic views from the property and the most incredible garden and swimming straight from the garden. Owner was great and helped us with taxis and hire of a boat for the week which we moored at bottom of garden and went off exploring with. House has everything you need and is a genuine and real experience.

Got there a bit later than planned and had a bit of difficulty finding it. Tony came to the rescue and showed us the way. The villa is off the beaten track, a little bit out on a limb, hence the problem locating it. But once your there all that is forgotten. Situated above the bay the panorama is fantastic. You watch the hire boats come and go. The villa has it's own quay and we went on little trips around the bay and to Bobovisca harbour in an inflatable boat we'd brought. Swimming of the quay was a simple pleasure enjoyed every day. The walk around the bay to Bobovisca took 20 minutes, several of our party simply swam across. The villa has large bedrooms, air conditioning ,a big kitchen and a wonderful terrace overlooking the bay. The mediterranean garden surrounding the villa was on several levels, the highest looked over the villa and the bay. All in all pretty marvellous.

Beautiful remote get away
We spent a week at this beautiful location on Brac. Enjoyed exploring coves and towns such as Milna and shopping for provisions via the boat. A wonderful quiet location set in beautiful surroundings. Toni was there to welcome us.

Stunning location above the bay. Beautiful area of unspoilt mediterranean. previous reviews about getting access by hire car is for the bravehearted but taxi service is flexible. Nice walk to the village for the restaurant, there are two but only one open when we were there in the off season and very small shop.

Beautiful Villa in a Secluded Spot
We had a perfect holiday in this stunning spot. Toni, the owner, met us on arrival and showed us around, although it was all fairly obvious. He also brought us a delicious plate of apple biscuits. When we weren't sunbathing in the beautiful garden we were swimming in the sea a few steps down from the house. If you just want to stay put, there is a good bar and restaurant in the village, and a couple of shops which provide the basics. The village is a gentle walk of less than 10 minutes, or you can swim across the bay quite easily - though watch out for the sea urchins on the far side. The drive down to the house is tricky, particularly in a larger car. If you hire a car, you could leave it in the village though. We didn't bother, and just hired taxis when we wanted to go further afield. That was easy too. Everybody spoke great English and the whole experience was completely stress-free.

Stunning location and a really helpful host - a bit tricky to get to, but it's worth it
This villa is in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Brac. What could be more perfect than a morning swim from your private jetty, a refreshing garden shower and then breakfast on the terrace watching the boats come in and out. The beautiful Mediterranean garden is a true labour of love and provides lots of quiet spots to disappear with a book. The teenagers loved swimming across the bay for a quick drink in the village bar. The house is really well equipped with everything you need from extra beach towels to a gloves to use with the outside barbecue! We particularly appreciated the air con in the bedrooms in the really hot afternoons! The location is quiet and unspoilt, and that means it is literally off the beaten track! The road is the only reason not to give this villa the full 5 stars. We had trouble with a large hire car on the rough road leading to the house, and some taxis from Supetar won't come down the unsealed track to the house. In the end we parked at the top of the hill, which involved a short but steep walk - not ideal with suitcases. Toni was really helpful, and recommended a taxi driver - Pave became our go to chauffeur for our stay, as he negotiated the tricky roads with aplomb and was always happy to meet us, even at night. Next time we would rely on his services and go with the boat hire that Toni recommended, rather than getting a hire car. The boat was delivered within 2 hours, tied up at our jetty and was the perfect way to pop across the bay for a meal or a beer. We even made it into Milna to buy groceries by boat! We recommend Draulik dive centre in Milna if you want to dive or snorkel. If you want a relaxing, seaside location, and are happy to climb a few hills you can't do better than this.
