Clean and modern in Sutivan

Clean, modern apartments and a very nice backyard with a small but functional pool. Our host Jelena was fantastic!

Nettes Appartment mit ein paar Abzügen

Das Appartment befind sich am Ende von Sutivan, es sind einige Baustellen rundherum. Wir hatten leider ein Appartment mit Aussicht auf die Baustellen. Die Gegend ist nicht gerade sehr einladend. Der Parkplatz direkt beim Appartment ist sehr eng und steil. Es gibt einen noch größeren Parkplatz in der Umgebung, welchen man auch benutzten kann. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und uns wurde vieles erzählt. Auch wurde uns die Frage gestellt, warum wir eine Woche hier in dem "langweiligen" Ort verbringen? Ebenso wurde über ein Hotel in dem Ort schlecht gesprochen. Das Appartment ist relativ neu, alles war sehr schön. Nur die Dusche, welche anscheinend erst heuer gemacht wurde, war nicht dicht. Das Wasser hat sich im gesamten Bad und auch teilweise noch mehr verteilt. Wir hatten 2 Handtücher extra, welche wir am Boden hinglegt haben, um die Überschwemmung aufzufangen. Einmal haben wir die Handtücher getauscht, weil die Überschwemmung so groß war und wir alle Handtücher auf den Boden schmeißen mussten, dann hat uns die zuständige Person erklärt, dass wir zu blöd zum duschen sind und das normalerweise nur bei Kindern passiert. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts ist das Klopapier ausgegangen und wir haben nach einer zusätzliche Rolle gefragt. Leider haben wir keines bekommen, weil nur 2 Klopapierrollen pro Appartment inkludiert sind. Wir sollen selber eines kaufen. Die Fahrräder, welche es zum ausleihen gibt sind teilweise sehr beschädigt.

Prima accomodatie maar het kan beter.

Locatie dichtbij supermarkt en centrum van Sutivan. Wel veel bouwwerkzaamheden en een dump naast het verblijf. In het appartement bijna geen spullen. Koffiemachine, bezem, keukengerei etc etc. Veel dingen stuk zoals airco, tafel, lampen, deuren. We hadden er meer van verwacht. Verder prima verblijf. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, heerlijk zwembad.

Very dirty common areas and appartment

The appartment was not ready. The manager was very friendly, explain the situation. We found the stairs very dirty, the garden was a mess, the swimming pool was took by weesps. One we entry the appartment we foud the walls weren't clean, the shower leek on the floor (a towell was there to prevent the bathroom to flowd) The most of the guests are from an agency, they follow a programme together, therefore the rest (us in this case) feel not welcome in the pool. All together not a pleasent experiece. They should have staff to clean, make renovations and provide coffe machine in the kitchen (not everyone drink tea).

Siisti, hyvä huoneistohotelli hyvällä paikalla

Huoneisto suht tilava ja siisti (2mh+ parveke). Vain eteisen puuttuminen hieman yllätti. Sijainti rauhallisessa pikku kylässä n. 6 km isommasta kaupungista. Paikallisbussipysäkki lähellä, samoin supermarket ihan vieressä. Korkeuseroja paljon, mikä vähän hankaloitti lastenrattaiden kanssa kulkua, onnistui kuitenkin. Uima-allas pieni ja syyskuun lopulla vesi oli aika viileää. Allasalue kiva ja lapsille myös leikkimahdollisuus. Erittäin ystävällinen ja palvelualtis isäntä. Lähellä uimarantoja ja meressä vesi lämmintä. Sesonki alkoi olla ohi syyskuun lopulla ja vain muutama ravintola auki.

Family friendly apartments!

We spend our holiday in Bretia Apartments. We had an three bedroom apartment located in the top floor. The apartment was very clean, and the interior was modern and nice, giving enough space to our group. We had our kids and grandparents with us, and these rooms were suitable to the all of us! The pool was nice and we spent some time learning to swim and relaxing in the surrounding area. The village of Sutivan is small, and we found it very easy to walk to the beaches nearby. We can also give full points to the staff in Bretia Apartments recommending the local restaurants nearby! The place offers also brand new mountain bikes for the guests. The surroundings can easily be explored by foot or with these bikes. Wifi was working perfectly in all of the premises.

Svært hyggelig og behjelpelig vert som ga mange gode tips. Fin standard på leiligheten. Air condition var ok, men kun i stuen, noe som gjorde soverommene litt varme. Sykler til låns var helt supert. Basseng ok(men ganske lite). Det fantes også en vaskemaskin som kunne lånes. Nærhet til trivelig sentrum og strender.

Ideal base for a family visiting Brac

We had a great trip. The accommodation was ideal for a family of 4. Clean and modern. The pool is small but there are so many beaches nearby we didn't use it much anyway. Mountain bikes were much used by our kids (10 and 13) to cycle every evening around the port.

För att vara en lägenhetshotell utan städning så var det mycket bra. Jelena som var värdinna tom sms oss innan ankomst samt hjälpte till med rekommendationer och bjöd på inhemskt dryck!

Fin lejlighed i nærheden af rolig by

Super fin lejlighed og meget velholdt. En meget sød og venlig vært tog godt imod os da vi ankom. Poolen virkede ikke altid så ren og er meget lille. De gratis cykler der er tilrådighed er i meget dårlig stand, vi kunne dog godt bruge dem til stranden ca. 500 meter. Alt i alt et meget fint ophold vi havde i Sutivan.

Perfekta sommarlägenheten!

Trevligt mottagande av hotellets värd, Jelena, som alltid fanns tillgänglig. Fin liten pool som barnen lekte mycket i. Perfekt med cyklar som man kunde låna och ta sig till små underbara stenvikar lite längre bort.
