9.2/10 Wonderful! (377 reviews)
This hotel is fabulous! The attention to detail is what sets it apart. I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and she was very happy to be seen and catered for. She had her own small bed, welcome treats and gifts (Heidi is safely in South Africa) and amenities. We had late lunch at the Bar (the langoustine pasta is so good!)
The location is great! You can walk to most of the attractions like St Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town, Lake Geneva and great shopping across the river on Rue du Rhône.
This was ranked top out of 4 hotels which we stayed in on our European vacation. I highly recommend this hotel.

6/10 (1 review)
Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

"Amazing 4 night stay. Location fantastic. Hotel room with a view over the mountains, amazing. Food first class, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner and couldn’t fault anything. Cheese fondue on our last evening on the terrace a real treat. Staff friendly, helpful. Only comment would be, but cheeky ..."
