Close to Town is a well-located holiday home in the heart of Sussex Inlet, perfect for a relaxed coastal getaway. This double-storey property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space for families or small groups. Things to note about the property: \- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) \- Aircon is available. \- No Wi-Fi available \- Garage Access is Available (1 Space for a small car/boat or jetski) \- No smoking inside the house \- No Pets allowed. Ideally situated within easy walking distance to local shops, cafés and restaurants, you can leave the car behind and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The local boat ramp is also conveniently located approximately 300 metres down the road, making it ideal for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Downstairs includes a lounge room with direct access to the backyard, a combined bathroom and laundry, and internal access to the garage. The backyard features a BBQ, perfect for afternoon gatherings and relaxed outdoor meals. Upstairs you’ll find the three bedrooms, the main bathroom, along with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as the main lounge room which is fitted with air conditioning for year-round comfort. Balconies and decks at both the front and rear of the home provide great spaces to sit back and unwind, with the rear deck offering views over the large grassy backyard. Close to Town is an ideal base for your Sussex Inlet holiday, combining convenience and a great central location. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks. The cleaner did not do a good job on cleaning. Most areas were not properly cleaned, especially down the laundry room downstairs weren't clean at all, dirt everywhere. Cutlery and glasses weren't properly cleaned. The front foyer had leaves and dirt on the floor. Other than the cleanliness, everything else was good. We recommend Wifi put during peak seasons. The owner contacted us through friend of his and allowed us to use his personal fridge (which we did not have to do as the bar fridge was enough). We would also like you to pass on our thanks to the owner for making his fridge available.
