Relax and have a cold drink or cast a line whilst watching the pelicans, ducks and boats going by. Enjoy the backyard with Gas BBQ and the outside Cabana.
This is a beautiful home to enjoy your holidays with family and friends. This property can accommodate 4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen with large open plan living & dining room.
The property is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the main township of Sussex Inlet.
After launching your boat from the boat ramp only two minutes away, moor it to your own private jetty, relax and unwind.

Linen is provided
There is an external security camera at the property located above the driveway only, and guest's privacy will not be affected.
This property is pet friendly - requires approval upon application.
We ask that pets are outside throughout the day.
Pets can be brought inside of an evening, with prior approval.
