Gite de Kermativan - Surzur

In this holiday home located on a farm, come and enjoy a rural stay. At the end of a dead end, adjoining an unused stone building, the gite offers you a large garden, with garden furniture, deckchairs and private parking. On the ground floor, you will find an open living room including a fully equipped kitchen with living room and lounge. Access to the veranda for a second living room with a view of the garden. A bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet. On the first floor, the three bedrooms, with two 160x200 beds and a 90x190 bed. A bathroom with WC. About fifteen kilometers south-east of Vannes and six kilometers east of the Gulf of Morbihan, Surzur has the privilege of being both rural and coastal. Its charm and tranquility are highlighted. The sea holds an important place in Surzur: the oyster farming area and the "oyster route" show the interest of this activity. Its geographical location near the expressway will allow you to easily radiate to discover the flagship sites of our beautiful department. Ideally located in Surzur, and at the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Rhuys, the ideal starting point for your getaways. Within a radius of 20 kilometers, you can discover some of the unmissable sites of southern Brittany: the beautiful beaches of Damgan, the Gulf of Morbihan with its coves and islands, the Château de Suscinio in Sarzeau, Vannes with its port, its ramparts and its historic city center. Consider the Parc de Branféré for your family outing.

Entre terre et mer ,Une semaine dans le golfe du Morbihan

Proche de la mer tout en étant en pleine campagne,très bon compromis,gîte propre,bien équipé ,propriétaires très sympas,à l'écoute ....des échanges supers intéressants!!!à recommander aux personnes aimant la nature,la mer....et les gens..merci à toute la famille Grelet!!!
