Room was clean and quiet. Bar was great

We only stayed one night but the unit was well equipped for a longer stay, had everything you would need for cooking, was clean and comfortable. Host very helpful and friendly.

Booked through Expedia. Did not know that you get sub par rooms through 3rd party bookings. Booked a king suite with balcony for 5 nights. Only to find, i am looking at a brick wall with disgusting alley. So I head down to front desk and request a different view. Was given an upgrade they said. Only to find out it faced the parking lot (better than a wall) no balcony. Deep breath here, okay, we unpack. I get a call from front desk stating they have given a key card to our room to another client. Client walks in to our room and I explain that the front desk made a very big mistake. Liability and safety issue! I head back down to front desk and request for them to make this issue right (whatever is reasonable) . No they stated , as this is an issue to be taken up with the 3rd party bookings. Asked for Manager, not in. General manager, not in. Come down in the morning at 7 am. So I go back to the room and my key card has been deactivated. Back down to front desk, reactivated and given a 40.00 dollar credit for a meal! Not impressed at all This was the worst customer service. Who takes accountability for this debacle.
