Within the Domaine de Houtteville, the AUTHENTIC cottage (6 people max.) is located in the typical Norman farmhouse and offers elegant decoration with tomette tiles, stones and beams. The cottage is equipped and furnished for holidays as a couple, family or friends. The 3 large bedrooms (1 closed bedroom and 2 open bedrooms on the mezzanine) offer top-of-the-range bedding (double beds or single beds according to your wishes). A fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet complete the facilities. Outside, take advantage of the terrace with dining area, rest area, parasol and barbecue to relax. Also take advantage of the fitness room and sauna at your disposal.
The AUTHENTIC cottage is located near the two other cottages on the property (HARMONY and ARTY) and can be booked simultaneously for a maximum capacity of 16 people.
