They tried to contact the manager with no results either, after a couple of days they told me the property refused the refund. Expedia offered $25 reward. I also send an email to the property, they never responded. I am traveling around the world and never had a situation like that. Things happens and I always try to be patient and understandable but this situation shows that the property doesn't deserve over 4\* reviews. I've heard that they've hired a new manager not so long ago who has an alcohol problems so be careful if you choose them!"
