HEATED POOLS Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature. Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Nice House Location was great. 1 block away from beach and a few bar/restaurants. The house was clean and inviting. My only complaint is on the linen service. I've never stayed anywhere where it was an extra cost. Aside from that, the linen was simply dropped off inside without any service. We had to open the linen and make our own beds. Overall the property is as it is listed. The poor cleanliness is not due to the owners, but the property management company. It could use a good overall deep clean but the food in bedrooms, under tables and hair and dirt around toilets and kitchen, along with dirty glass doors should be part of every cleaning. The house has a well equipped kitchen which is great for cooking. Liked that everyone has a bathroom. Very open and well lit. Pool is larger than most we saw at other properties. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Master suite is lovely with large closet and en suite bathroom. Very close to beach( 2 minute walk to beach) and restaurants. Plenty of parking under house so cars stay shaded. Pool area is nice with 2 small drink fridges and an ice maker ( but that wasn't working correctly when we arrived) and bathroom located just behind bar area.Would definitely stay again. I think with a good cleaning (living room furniture included) and a little tlc from the owners this property is well worth it for location and what it offers. There were 15 of us and we still had plenty of room to spread out as well as to gather together. The pictures capture the home and property accurately and the home was spotless. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a few minor issues that were resolved efficiently and courteously by Surfside realty.
