Beautiful Ocean Front condo. 404

The condo is a few miles south of Myrtle Beach in a small beach town. No high rise hotels or large crowds. A real family beach. The condo is on the top floor of a 4 story building, with an elevator, no noise from people above you. The condo has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 8, 1 king-sized bedroom, 1 queen-sized bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room lets out into a queen bed. You will love the large balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is great for drinking coffee in the morning while you watch the sun rise. At night, with a little luck, you may see a full Carolina Moon over the ocean. There is a large 48'' TV with a DVD player in the living room. an additional TV in the master bedroom. Air conditioning and Ceiling fans will maintain a cool temperature during the hot SC summer. Free internet service is available for all guest. The condo is bright and cheerfully decorated,. It has a real beach look. The cathedral ceilings with skylights make a great first impression. When you arrive the beds will be made with towels hung in the bathrooms. All you need to do is come to the beach and start having fun! The building has a beautiful shared swimming pool There is a large patio near the ocean with grills for your cookout parties. You will be a short drive to Murrell's Inlet, the seafood capitol of South Carolina. If you love seafood, this a great place to eat. While in Murrells Inlet take time to enjoy the board walk and enjoy the marsh views. There are bands preforming at most of the restaurants along the board walk. We rent Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 3:00 PM, and departure time is 10:00 AM. Our building does not allow pets. There is parking for two cars. Trailers, boats, motor homes and golf carts are not permitted. The condo is a smoke free unit.
