PROPERTY AMENITIES

All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

FOR STAYS BEGINNING OR AFTER JANUARY 1, 2027, LINENS AND BED SETUP WILL BE INCLUDED!
A linen package consisting of sheets for every bed, two towels and two washcloths for every guest (based on the property’s maximum occupancy), bath mats, hand towels, and a kitchen towel set will be provided.

INCLUDED STARTER SUPPLIES:
Mattress covers, pillows, and comforters or bedspreads on all beds; a small bar of soap at each sink; one roll of toilet paper per bathroom; and one trash bag per trash can. Guests are responsible for bringing additional toiletries, detergents, spices, and other consumable items beyond the starter supplies provided.

AGE & OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and all guest groups must be consistent with family-style occupancy. Parties, special events, and group gatherings are not permitted at the property.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED:
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to verify the primary renter. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.

PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
Surfside Realty Company professionally manages this property. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive automated pre-arrival correspondence from Surfside Realty, typically within 48 hours of booking.
All reservation payments are handled directly through Airbnb. You will not be asked to provide Surfside Realty with a copy of your credit card. As part of the pre-arrival process, you will be asked to provide guest information and upload a photo of the primary renter’s government-issued ID for verification. Please complete the requested information as thoroughly as possible so everything is documented and ready before your arrival.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
