"So let’s just say that everyone at this property takes pride in what they do. But this is an older property that may not meet everyone’s expectations. It’s been updated, but not lately. That all said, it was clean, and comfortable. Just set your expectations to meet the price you pay. We were there for a wedding. Our kids stayed at another property but they spent $350 more and breakfast was not included. There are a variety of pools and a nice hot tub. Also, this place has an amazing breakfast set up. It’s very well staffed, the food was excellent and they didn’t run out of any food at any time. It was always kept clean. Parking was abundant and easy. This property has, I believe, 5 buildings, and we stayed in the north tower. "

"My family and I enjoyed a 4-night stay recently. Our flight got in early and we were able to do an early check-in since our room was available. We were able to kick-start our little mini-vacation quickly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast at the restaurant was very convenient and good quality food. We opted not to do buffet and order from a menu...which is a huge positive for us! The staff at the restaurant was superb! They were hardworking and efficient. Cleanliness was spot-on! Housekeeping staff did an amazing job replenishing anything we needed. Front desk staff extremely helpful and kind! "

"First time visiting Myrtle Beach a solo trip for my birthday weekend I enjoyed every bit of it from Broadway on the beach on to the actual beach. The beautiful staff at the Palette resort was very helpful and I would definitely plan another stay there. Thank you South Carolina for a great time ❤️"
