"Rob is an outstanding host, always ready to help or share information about Topsail Island. The unit was clean and comfortable. Of all the beach houses I have stayed at, I was most impressed with the closet downstairs full of sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, buckets, and shovels! Even a Shibumi to borrow! The weather during my stay did not allow me to use very much, but I look forward to the next visit when I can enjoy sunny days at Surf City! Thank you, Rob!"

"Very clean. Spacious room. Nice sitting area, rental chairs, and decent pool. Friendly staff. A washer and dryer for guests with washing pods - all free. Only downside is no ironing board or iron. But how often are you going to need those at the beach? Highly recommend this place."

"Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was seamless. Very short walk to the beach. Great views from the windows. Only negative is the walls are pretty thin. It wasn’t much of an issue for me because there were only a few people there, probably due to the weather. However, I could hear the neighbors conversations and TV pretty clearly the first night. And they weren’t being “loud.” Just think walls. But overall it was a great stay. Would stay again."

"Such a cute place! It was perfect for our weekend beach trip. Parking spaces were a little tight with lots of other bigger cars there but we made it work and there is always the option of overflow parking. "
