Off the main drag and quiet. Found the place easily. We were greeted with a smile and chat. Grace the owner was lovely to deal with and made it a very comforting experience. All utensils were already in the house, including lots of cutlery and plates. Only thing I would say is needs more bowls. Air con in living room- but I'd suggest to have one in the main bedroom. Lock up garage, very close to the beach and 10 min drive to batemans bay. Nice area. Three separate bedrooms, great kitchen and automatic garage. Everything was fairly new and very clean. Located in a quiet street close to the beach and IGA. A great place for families or groups of friends. Bring your own towels though. When I booked this wasn't mentioned as a requirement, and we got caught out, thank god for beach towels. Very clean and tidy and the lady was very friendly.
