Just a short stroll to Surf Beach, it’s a dream escape for surfers, walkers, and beach lovers. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space flows onto a sunny north-facing deck with barbecue and alfresco area, perfect for entertaining year-round. The sleek kitchen features stone benchtops, ample storage, and everything you need for easy holiday cooking. Upstairs, the master suite offers a double-shower ensuite and private retreat, while downstairs provides two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a versatile second lounge. The fenced backyard adds peace of mind, and while cats and larger dogs cannot be accepted, small toilet-trained dogs may be considered upon request. With easy access to Phillip Island’s best attractions, this coastal retreat is ideal for families or groups.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.  
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.  
  
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
