It is well presented, featuring a modern interior perfect for your next holiday. Enjoy the bright, sunny open space of this home featuring a large deck with BBQ and seating to enjoy the ocean view. For your convenience is a portable evaporative cooler, ceiling fans and heaters in all bedroom's and in the living room. There are polished floorboards throughout the open plan living areas and a modern kitchen with electric appliances and microwave. You will find a smart Tv in the master bedroom and one in the lounge along with video, dvd and Cd/stereo system. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is ample room for parking a boat and cars. \*Please note that this property is not pet friendly\* \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
