I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

場所はグリンデルワルト駅前バス停からバスで10分くらい。事前にホテルに連絡しておくとバスが無料で使えるビジターカードを用意してくれます。ホテルにはレストランが無く、終バスは19時前なの で夕食は工夫が必要です。（市街からホテルまでも歩いて行けますが、かなりの坂道なのでおすすめしません）
ホテルはとても清潔かつ広々として快適です。窓を開ければアイガーが目の前にあって最高の景色でした。
