Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is pretty far from the main hub of Zampar Bazaar, taking at least 25 minutes by taxi because of the traffic. The rooms range from small to a bit larger, and the bathrooms are cramped—in some, the toilet is actually inside the shower stall, which makes no sense. The bathroom quality isn't what you'd expect for a newer hotel; for instance, our shower door was hanging off a hinge. The elevator was broken for two of the five days we stayed there. The staff were very friendly and tried to help whenever they could. The food is really only fit for vegetarians. There were no eggs at all for breakfast, and the juice selection was limited to just one choice each day. We didn't have lunch or dinner there, so I can't comment on that. I'd rate this place as a 2-star hotel by UK standards.
