Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, storage dishes, dishes, pots and pans. If I could change one thing, to make it perfect, I’d get a new mattress for the beach side bedroom. It has GREAT porches on both the front and back of the unit. It's an easy walk to the pier and general store. Only two negatives I encountered. There is construction right next door, so if construction noise might bother you especially while you are outside on the porch, you might want a different unit. Also, the first night I was there I had to sleep on just a mattress cover with the bedspread. I got in late and didn't notice they hadn't delivered the linens I had paid for. The front door lock did not work, so we called maintenance and was told to enter the back door. The lock was repaired 3 days later. Construction noise beside the condo on our last day was a downer.
