Turtley Paradise East - Rent East & West Sides for Large Groups

Turtley Paradise - East is a stunning oceanfront duplex that offers breathtaking views in every direction, creating the perfect coastal escape. On one side, enjoy peaceful marsh views, while the other side showcases sweeping shoreline vistas. The oceanfront living room and upstairs primary bedroom both open onto large covered porches, ideal for soaking in unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. An expansive extended sun deck brings you even closer to the sights and sounds of the ocean, offering the ultimate place to relax and unwind.

The oceanfront primary suite provides spectacular views to wake up to each morning, while the street side bedroom offers added privacy with no homes directly across the street and serene marsh views instead. Designed with flexibility in mind, Turtley Paradise East comfortably accommodates up to nine guests.

For larger gatherings, the other side of the duplex may be rented when available, allowing the downstairs lock-out doors to be opened and creating one spacious home for up to eighteen guests with two full kitchens and ample shared living space.

Ideally located within walking distance to the Holden Beach Pier, Mini Mart, and a charming oceanfront ice cream and snack shop, this home makes it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A stroll along the beach often rewards guests with a beautiful variety of seashells along this stretch of shoreline.

Included with Rental:
- Bed linens for beds in the bedrooms and bath mats are provided for both nightly and weekly rentals. Towels are not included but are available for rent.
- A Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit, though additional supplies may be needed during your stay. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used).

Awesome place!!

We had a blast here. It was nice, clean, the rooms were nice. The view is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful

Loved staying here! The inside was tastefully decorated, clean and stocked with great games! Always an ocean view from the inside with the big picture window downstairs. Loved the multiple outside oceanview gathering places-2 balconies and a deck-with nice chairs and benches-providing places for quiet time or gathering. Loved being right on the beach and having the deck with water access to clean off.

Nice Beachfront Spot

Lovely home with a great view. Has everything we needed for a nice vacation at the beach. The thermostat was a little finicky but we had a wonderful time. Enough parking for 3 cars but you can squeeze in a fourth if needed. An easy walk to the pier or the general store.

Overall House condition

The property was dated, appliances old and crusty, towel prices were ridiculous, simple things like TP holder off the wall, washing machine does not stop spinning in cycle and ran without shifting to next cycle and had to constantly check on it, the grill was small, back door glass was broken, and bathroom ceilings are moldy looking. It is disappointing because these are simple items that can and should be fixed.

Family getaway

Location of property was very nice, beach was not to crowded, location of restaurants was close by. Free concert at the pavilion was a nice added touch. Interior of house could use some updating the ceiling fans need to be replaced, deck and stairs need refurbished, 3 of the provided rocking chairs on the deck were broken. The upstairs bathroom tub/shower was very difficult to get in & out.
