Great weather

If you are looking for a relaxing vacay this is it!Beautiful location & view.The condo very clean and nice.The only thing is there are not very many restaurants at all and the ones that are there are not great. But everything else was great

Wonderful beachfront split

Property was perfect for my wife and I. Easy walk to the beach, nicely renovated, spacious and clean. Nice location on Holden, close to bridge, comfortable covered deck. Thanks for a great week.

The perfect quiet spot

We loved this unit for our get away! Great floor plan, clean and updated. Great location on the beach, the views from the room and deck were thoroughly enjoyed. I have a couple of suggestions to assure cleanliness for renters, though. We were required to clean bedding/blanket but no laundry detergent was supplied (which I happened to bring). We started to run the dishwasher and there was no auto dish detergent, which made me feel a little leary about the dishes we'd used (and if they were sterilized), so we bought some the next day. I didn't bring any because normally dishwashing detergent is usally provided in units providing dishes. Small issues but sometimes it's the little things that make a difference. We would definitely go back!

Holden Beach

It was overall fine. The property was clean and has a fantastic front porch with a view that just can’t be beat. We rented this property for the porch alone actually...and it did not disappoint. So...it was clean and the management was very responsive and great to work with (Donna especially). We did have some issues with the A/C this was my only real gripe. Also...the master could really benefit from a king size bed and there is plenty of room for one. We did know ahead it didn’t have a king..but we just agreed a king would really add to this rental. We have 2 small kids (7 and 4) and the layout was perfect. One unusual thing...the windows are very old and “cloudy” in both bedrooms. With that view I’d want new/super transparent windows to enjoy the view in all rooms...why own a place like this with a million dollar view and have these kinds of windows??? Like buying a Ferrari and putting bicycle tires on it haha! Property was overall fine...just dated and some A/C issues. Is a good spot for a family of 4....mgt company was also a plus. New windows and a king size bed would be Two easy fixes that could fetch a little more on a rental rate I’d imagine...I’d definitely rent again from Coastal Vacations Holden Beach / VRBO. First trip to Holden and we thought it was an absolutely beautiful beach!!
