While the access to the beach is no longer across the street, it’s only about 4 houses down and a short walk (our 4 year old could walk it, even after a full day of playing on the beach, no problem). We loved the privacy of only having the marsh behind us, the lack of houses also meant our beach access wasn’t packed either. The four separate deck options were nice to find quiet spaces.
