Remodeled bungalow with slate floors throughout, nautical decorations, comfortable beds, 3 smart tvs, wireless internet, rain shower in bath two, full tub and shower in bath1, fully stocked kitchen, oversize washer, dryer, screened porch with patio set, BBQ grill, picnic table, shade trees, fenced back yard.... all located in Sea Aire Estates, a quaint, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Holden Beach bridge. (About 1.4 miles from the beach) Plenty of parking if bringing a boat. Easy access with no stairs. Pet love the cool slate floors and the shaded fenced in backyard. The covered picnic area in the backyard is great for a kiddy pool in the shade. Everyone that visits tell me that the house is so comfortable that they don't want to leave. This is a very affordable home in which to have your dream vacation! Also, feel free to reach out if your check in or out days are different.
