With two levels of covered decking on both sides, the views here are truly unmatched! Conveniently located on one of the island's widest deep-water canals, with a private floating dock, this home is a watersport enthusiast's dream. So bring your kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and don't forget to reserve your jet ski rentals! The fenced backyard is perfect for your furry friend to enjoy their time at the beach as well. The beach access is just a short walk away at the Holden Beach Pier, so you are only moments away from sand and sun. You are also within walking distance of the local general store, surf shop, and best of all - an ice cream shop! Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'!
