Outside, you will be treated to gorgeous views of the canal, a floating dock for boating and fishing, and a fenced-in backyard. Enjoy sunsets on the screened-in porch and sun on the open deck! The outside shower is enclosed and has hot and cold water, perfect after a long day at the beach or on the boat. There is even a fish sink for your convenience at the dock. The public beach access is very close and located across Ocean Blvd beside the General Store.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues. There is absolutely no smoking allowed on this property.
