Featuring an inverted floor plan with elevator access, the home is thoughtfully designed to maximize breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean, inlet, and Intracoastal Waterway.
All bedrooms include private en-suite baths for comfort and privacy. The middle bedroom level features a laundry area, TV room, and wet bar—perfect for relaxed evenings. The top level showcases a stunning primary suite and a spacious, open-concept great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas, plus a pantry/bar and office/game room ideal for work or play.
Enjoy both open and covered decks for outdoor living, or spend time fishing or boating from the covered private dock. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, HDTVs, and a DVD player. Guests are just a short walk from the community center, which offers a pool, cabana, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts.
Beach access is conveniently located east of 358 Serenity.
