I wish we had the opportunity to rent next year but it was already booked. The host was so nice and all the extra things in the home were awesome. We enjoyed everything about our visit to Holden Beach. This house is beautiful and the owners have thought of every amenity and convenience. It was very easy to communicate with the owners and instructions were easy to follow. Also, the beds were very comfortable! This was our first family vacation. The house was perfect for us. It was big and spacious, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet street and in walking distance to both the Intercostal and the beach. Many of the restaurants are in either walking distance or just a short drive. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable. We loved the in-ground pool. The water was crystal clear. A has BBQ grill was provided for outdoor cooking. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and even a wagon was available for use and much more.
