The fully equipped kitchen is loaded with everything you need and showcases stunning marsh views, making meal prep a pleasure. Show off your cooking—or cocktail—skills with the Margaritaville frozen drink maker, perfect for beach-inspired refreshments. The dining area seats up to six, while the large living area offers a 65-inch Smart HD TV ideal for movie nights, all surrounded by panoramic views.

Also on the upper level, Bedroom 1 is a king suite with a private bathroom. Downstairs, Bedroom 2 features a queen bed with direct deck access. Bedroom 3 is perfect for younger guests with two bunk beds and an attached bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a king suite with its own bathroom and deck access. All bedrooms include ceiling fans for added comfort.

Beautiful beach house

Wonderful house with great views of the ocean and marsh. Very clean and comfortable. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Sunset and sunrise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The location was great, just a five minute walk to the beach access. A wonderful surprise was the fact that we could watch the sunset AND the sunrise from the back deck, over the marsh, due to the orientation of the island. The property was clean and spacious and felt homey yet not cluttered. The modem was not working when we arrived, and thus we had no wi-fi, but the property management was friendly, helpful and responsive and it was replaced Monday. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. The main living room was very functional and cozy for many family activities. The kitchen was beautiful, especially with the bay window overlooking the marsh. The kitchen was not overly stocked with as many dish and gadget options as we've seen in the past with other rental properties, but was sufficient. Overall this was one of our favorite places to spend quality family time at the beach and we would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome house!

Stayed with my wife and kids. We had a great time and loved the house! It was well appointed and had great views of the marsh in the rear and peek a boo views of the ocean in front. Plenty of seating inside and out, everyone was very comfortable. My only complaint is the small palm tree at the end of the driveway that made it difficult to back out safely.

First Family Vacation since pandemic hit.

Enjoyed the week very much. Satisfied with the house but would have liked an easier trek to the beach with toddlers. I never really got a good answer on exactly how far the public access was from the house so a little disappointed in the long. One of the comforters has several spots on it so we felt like we should wash it before using.

Relaxing getaway!

Enjoyed relaxing on the porch with beautiful views of the marsh and ocean. The house was very clean! We had 3 couples going, and the only thing we would have liked to have had was another king or queen sized bed. We would definitely go back!

Lovely home with marsh & beach views

This is a great house with several porches and beautiful unobstructed views of the marsh on the back side of the house.and the ocean (across the street) on the front of the house. Well equipped kitchen and the two living areas is nice too. We had a great week and would definitely return!
