The home was as advertised, clean and comfortable, enough room for the 5 of us. The home was secure, a binder of information about the area was at our fingertips, and the host checked in on us through our booking a few times while we were there to make sure all was well. Only complaint would be that the house was an older home in an area with little outdoor lighting. We got there very late and it was hard to see the property number. However, we found a handful of things that probably need to be addressed up on our arrival:-The kitchen sink plug was broken and the kitchen packed dish rags or towels to wash and dry dishes.-The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken.-Possibly reconsider bed arrangement in room off of living room-had to shift bed just to shut the door to have privacy.-Neighbors upstairs often made much noise and smoked outside our door, which was unfortunate.For the positives, the parking was convenient and so was the check in and check out process. This rental is the lower unit of a duplex. As soon as upstairs renters arrived there was significant noise. We could hear conversations and walking around late into the night. While I know the property owners can't control noise transfer between unit, this should be accounted for in the price of the rental (after fees the stay was almost as much as a hotel would have been).
