Great stay. We arrived after a long day of sightseeing and walking. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels was excellent quality. Staff were friendly and laid back and ensured we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The cabin was well kept and comfortable. The restaurant in this place got the best food. We were able to taste the most delicious high end Thanksgiving dinner. Hats off to the chef. I would come back to this place.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The area is very beautiful and loved the falls. Restaurant food was good-more options for dinner would have been great especially for those who may not enjoy bison etc.

Staff were great, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but it does what you need. Everyone staying there is just staying there to sleep and then carry on their journey up/down Icefields Parkway. So it serves its purpose with the good location and reasonable price. Walls are very thin and I could hear next doors fridge!!

The service was phenomenal! We arrived late in the evening. The gentleman at the front desk warmly welcomed us, and asked how our day was which I thought was so sweet. He walked us to our room and when I asked if our room had a microwave, he said he would be right back and quickly ran to get one delivering it and plugging it in for us! Thank you so much!!

This is a quaint hotel with nice cabins situated about 45 minutes from Jasper. The location is really nice. The falls, which are about a 7 minute walk from the cabins, are absolutely spectacular. Do not miss them! The only complaint we had was their WIFI was was very inconsistent, but if you want a quiet and peaceful stay somewhere a bit different, this is a good place.

Would stay again, great cabin with woodburning fireplace and location was perfect for our trip. The staff were all very welcoming and very happy to help us when we needed something, and this really stood out in all interactions.
