Ocean view on one side, and beautiful little beach on the other side. Very quiet place. Peaceful and nice

The Property was Beautiful but the Front desk Staff was not helpful. I stayed woth an 86 year old and a baby and the AC unit broke, it was Extremely hot and uncomfortable and the Staff refused to do anything about it. I asked to move to the empty room across the hall and they rejected it and said they have other guests coming in that day but I explained I understand but I have a young baby and an older mother staying with it it's terrible for theirs health and the Staff said sorry they can't move us. It was extremely uncomfortable and I had a horrible stay because my family was hot and could have passed out. The tub was sinking a lot too, every shower there was tons of water on the floor and the staff did nothing to make our stay more comfortable or offer any assistance. I would not ever stay there again.

I was highly disappointed with my stay. I was there for a wedding so definitely did not want to be too difficult and just wanted to past the time. My idea was to double this as a much needed vacation since I was going to be here but that is not what happened. From the first night of the mold/leak marks in the bathroom the peeling stained tub, complaining and quickly realizing the manages i believe his name to be Victor was not interested in resolving this I gave up home. I requested a room change. but was told that was not possible. They painted over the blacks spots in the ceiling which made it worse because now in addition to w.e the black stuff was, (mold) now i'm ingesting paint fumes. After I complained agin, they changed the panels in the room. No one swept the debris off the floor that changing the panel brought and the manager never checked back in. The phone was not working the room so I couldn't call down. anything I needed something I had to go down. You do not get the warm fuzzy feeling from staff that you usually get at resorts. There were some friendly staff but they were the minority which is not common. I was very disappointed with my stay. I was sharing my woes with a couple that was there and also had many complaints, they had booked through a travel agent and once their travel agent sent a message the hotel magically found a new room for them with an upgrade. I would not recommend staying at this hotel until they completely get it together.
