"When I arrived I found out the pool wasn't working and was very disappointed. The front desk lady upgraded my room to a suite, no extra charge. It was big and amazing. Lots of room and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good too. The eggs had a nice buttery flavor and the rest of the food was hot and fresh. The pool was fixed the next day and I was able to enjoy a nice swim. I will definantly return there again."
