It literally has everything you need. Close proximity to Ocean Isle, Sunset Beach, and Calabash. The pools and hot top were nice to have after being at the beach all day. Have stayed in a number of condo units in Sunset Village at Sandpiper. This is the best we have stayed in, so we have come back again, and will again! Elijah has set up this condo for comfort. Will be returning again soon!! Have stayed in a number of condos at Sandpiper Bay, this is the best!! Elijah has updated this condo to perfection!! Totally stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, streaming TV's in each room. Quiet location on the back side of development, still near all amenities! Sandpiper Bay is a great location for beach, food, shopping and all outdoor activities. Close to Calabash, Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle, take your pick. All with great amenities. ##### Bill G. Once again, I was very pleased with the accommodations and will plan to book again in the future. One of the many things I appreciate about this condo is the size of the TVs and the fact that both TVs are set up with plenty of watch options. Another reason I chose to book again with Elijah was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. I am very picky when it comes to a mattress, but this one is like laying on a cloud and incredibly comfortable. The couch in the living room is nice and cozy as well! We also love the pool in Sandpiper. We have made friends with a group of seniors who attend the pool together on the regular. They are a hoot!
