It’s time to turn on vacation mode at the Lookout Lodge! This beautiful home features tall ceilings, and a massive wall of windows overlooking the main channel. This home sleeps up to 15 people and has a TON of incredible features, including a stone fire pit, screened in deck, a massive private dock with a swim platform, kayaks, paddle boards, and a 10x30 boat slip available for guest use! Plus, a free neighborhood boat launch! Also enjoy amazing views of the Lodge of Four Seasons firework shows on several major holidays, including 4th of July, Memorial Day, and more! Kitchen, Living and Dining Area The open concept kitchen and dining area features breathtaking vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops and an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is a large center island with breakfast bar with three barstools. There is also a formal dining room area with large table that seats 6\. The living room is just off the kitchen and features a leather couch, 3 armchairs and a flat screen TV. Bedrooms This home features 6 Bedrooms, four upstairs and two downstairs. There is a TV in every bedroom, and the rooms encompass 4 king beds, a queen bed, a bunk bed. An air mattress is available as well. Outside Just off the kitchen is access to the screened in deck that features lots of seating options, a flat screen TV and BBQ grill. Down the steps to the ground level, there is a custom stone fire pit with a built in charcoal grill and two sets of dining tables with umbrellas. The driveway has plenty of room for parking of vehicles and boat trailers. \*\*Be sure to bring a bundle of firewood for the fire pit.\*\* The dock features a 10x30 boat slip, swim platform, and plenty of water toys for your enjoyment! \*\*Life Jackets are not supplied. The neighborhood features a free private boat launch available for guest use! This home is centrally located to all the best places the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. The home is just 14 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, JB Hooks, Baxter’s, Osage Beach, and The Lodge of Four Seasons. It is also located just 15 minutes in the other direction from Captain Ron’s, Frankie & Louie’s, The Cave, and so much more! By water, you are even closer to all these amazing places! We arrived to house completely filled and overflowing everywhere with bugs, spiders crawling everywhere, and spider webs that attacked us as we walked through front door and down hallways, so house clearly hadn't been touched in quite awhile. Most of the "chandeliers" and the corners of the room had large webs. The master bedroom pillowcases and bedding had many large "wet-looking", "greasy" stains on the pillow cases and top of the comforter... it was disgusting. The plumbing ran outside of the walls, some of bathroom doors wouldn't shut unless you slammed into them with your shoulder, some walls literally would move if you leaned on them...!! We rent frequently and have never had such an awful home. The couch in the main area was stained in multiple places... It mostly looked good from pics, but up close was a nightmare and the spiders were unbelievable. It was all so ridiculous they could be allowed to rent to unsuspecting families. As we drove there, 5 min or so away there were multiple old mobile homes and many other run down properties everywhere, so it is in a very poor area. Just not at all what the pics suggest for the type of home and no where near worth the price per night. None of us felt safe to stay- we were all scared of being harmed by bugs in the night. We had nowhere else to stay last minute, so we ended up having to drive all the way back home at 11PM at night! Thankfully we found another property to move to the next day.
