No smoking, no pets, no parties, keep door closed at night to prevent bugs, do not flush anything besides toilet paper as property is on septic.
Swim and use the dock at your own risk. We do not recommend doing so during rough waters on weekends. Return water toys and tie up lily pad nightly
$500 refundable security deposit held at booking, checkout 10am, load and run dishwasher, take trash to can at street, throw away food from fridge

We had a girls weekend here and could not have asked for a better experience. It was centrally located which is what drew us to it. I loved the layout. We were able to walk right in with no stairs. The bedrooms were on the main level, so no need to drag luggage up and down. When you do reach the living/dining/kitchen area, there is a huge window to see your amazing views. You then reach the multi-level deck including a fire pit and hot tub with ample seating. Our host was very helpful with local accommodations which was a great perk!! After 20 plus years staying in this area, I would not choose another place!! Thank you for letting us stay at your property!!! We will not be staying anywhere else!!
