Trash day on Wednesdays. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, cabinets, the garage and a 4th bedroom that we have locked & not for guest use. The Neighborhood: Close to shops and restaurants. Get quick access to Sunnyvale CalTrain station, freeways 237 and 101, Central Expressway. Getting Around: A car is highly recommended. Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm.
