"The stay was a combination of thr wonderful, the annoying and disgruntled, and the staff who did their best and were great in at least trying to mediate it, which oersonally i was content with.
The room itself was lovely, excellent bathroom and a comfortable bed, housekeeping were great.
The restaurant and bar we used frequently, the bar was excellent, restaurant we had good experiences and one bad one just with food timings, with us having to wait 45 minutes for sandwiches and pasta without being informed of thr wait before ordering, in fairness to the hotel, they did cancel our order when requested as we asked for it to be removed right when it was coming out, by then it was past 9.15 and no one was jn any mood to eat. As for the food we did eat on our prior visits to the restaurant, it was delicious, the breakfast was decent as well
Despite that negative experience, we would highly recommend the place, it is safe, comfortable and great value for money, and credit to the management who did try to make up for the previous day by providing a couple of free beers as an apology.
