At mean while waiting at counter , receptionist not offer for pre registration first while room not ready , Hmm ok , when i got first room was given twin bed , so i call directly reception , wanna change , so i came down immediately , change new room 516 , room was ok , there some hair at bed and bathtub area . The staff not that helpful. Worst thing is when the room toilet still have other people feces.
