"If you need an elevator, there is none at this location. Cleaning services was fair, sink wasn't cleaned and no cups or coffee packets were replaced. We left the room, when we returned several hours later, all the lights in our room where on and our door was open. Leaving all our personal items exposed to the public. VERY VERY UPSETTING! The desk clerk showed no concerns to my dissatisfaction."

"Staff we interacted with at check in and breakfast were friendly. The room was a generous size but furniture was tired. Something was wrong with the shower faucet and could only be turned to scorching hot or ice cold. Breakfast was fine with basic cold amenities. It met our needs but I would try somewhere else if I returned to this area."

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious and you can’t beat the view from the back patio and yard. Mike was a great host and put a lot of care into making sure our experience was amazing, including a welcome binder with information about Tucson and a “treat” basket that our kids thoroughly enjoyed. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable! "

"The house was HUGE and very enjoyable. The one teen boy with us thoroughly enjoyed all of the fun amenities. If you have more than 6 in your party, you’ll need to supply your own pool towels. The host was very good at responding quickly! Would definitely recommend, especially for larger groups."

"The hotel appears to be older because there was a wall phone in the bathroom! Haven’t seen that in years. The pillows were rather hard and the shower water was lukewarm. Room was clean. The woman at the desk during check in seemed somewhat indifferent. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
