Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas Downstairs you will find the open plan living with a sizeable kitchen, dining, and living area (with TV and Chromecast). Bedrooms 2 and 3 are downstairs, along with the laundry (including a second refrigerator), main bathroom (with free-standing bath & shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the master bedroom, complete with en-suite (including rain shower head and toilet), walk-through robe, and private side balcony. There is also a second living area (with new smart 50" TV and Chromecast) which seamlessly opens out onto a large balcony with scenic views. Outdoor Areas The lovely upstairs balcony with seating for up to 8 people provides water views over Sunderland Bay to Pyramid Rock, and there is a downstairs covered deck area (with BBQ and more seating for up to 8 people). The electric heated 6 person spa (with moderate jet functionality as of March 2024) and the fully enclosed rear yard, complete with a hammock, provides an amazing opportunity to relax in style. The double garage has been converted into a games room, complete with table tennis, foosball, air hockey, darts, sofa and coffee table. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc., plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. There is also a second full sized fridge in the laundry. Heating/Cooling Systems There are wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioners in both the downstairs and upstairs living rooms. There are also ceiling fans and wall mounted heaters in bedroom 1 and 2, plus a mobile heater and fan for use in bedroom 3. Bedroom Configuration: This home has 4 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 guests: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk bed There is also a double divan/sofa bed in the upstairs living room, suitable for one adult or child. Please note: The Tri-bunks have a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Pros Great layout of the home (2 bedrooms downstairs - queen and bunk bed (double and single; master bedroom with ensuite upstairs) Awesome games room in the garage (table tennis, foosball, air hockey and darts) Ensuite has rain shower Tidy kitchen with large refrigerator Great wet room with washer and dryer TVs with Chromecast Reliable wifi (although it does get affected with microwave on!) Cons Hot tub was severely underperforming - nil power on jets. Heater worked great but there was zero output from the jets - it was basically a big outdoor bathtub. We called the management regarding the issue and were put in contact with hot tub service technician. There was a jet controller (selects different jets within tub) piece broken and they indicated that they ordered a new one. Not totally convinced that this was the issue as we were able to use a spanner to manipulate the sector but it did not improve any of the jet output. Kitchen - nil 25L bin bags available (used multiple small food waste bags), minimal dish washing detergent available, pantry needed to rearranged to be able to fit our supplies and dishwasher hadn’t been emptied on arrival. Screen door to deck need adjustment. Clutch on the blackout blind in the master bedroom doesn’t work - blind runs out when you extend it. Sliding door to the ensuite needs adjustment Air hockey score box needs new batteries. Paint flaking on ensuite ceiling. ##### Jason S. Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Cagatay Y. 23 Nov 2025 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy Very disappointed with our stay i had specifically reached out asking if the spa had been fixed as a previous review stated the jets were barely working, the host told me they had it fixed and has been working fine since and that they have a technician service it before each stay which seems like a lie as barely any of the jets worked, the spa was the main reason i booked this place and it did not even work as it should might aswell only list it as a hot tub.Ontop of all this the property looks very poorly maintained first thing we were greeted by was a decaying bird on the floor, the inside of the house was dirty popcorn on the floor, dirt,dead bugs on the carpet dust on the windows where people had drawn and written on, stains on the bed.
