Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: Indoor Areas The open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV, record player & bluetooth speakers) is a fantastic area to relax. A central hallway provides access to Bedroom 1 and 3 (each with BIR), Bedroom 2, the Bathroom (with shower) and a separate Toilet. A fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) is adjacent to the Kitchen. Outdoor Areas The fully covered front Deck (with Table & chairs for 8 and a gas BBQ) has views down to Sunderland Bay Beach, just metres away. The fully enclosed rear yard is perfect for children and pets alike (small/medium dogs only and not on furniture) and features a firepit (some wood provided to get you started) and a hot/cold outdoor shower. The long driveway and carport provide parking for up to 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat). Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine with frother, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems There is a wall mounted reverse cycle airconditioner in the Living Room, plus three additional stand-alone heaters which can be used where required. There is some wood to get you started for the firepit. Bedding Configuration This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests: Bedroom 1: One Queen bed Bedroom 2: One Queen bed Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one Single bed Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process.
