"We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you from similar (mis)treatment. "
