Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised. Waited 25 minutes after ringing the office bell several times next door, We eventually headed to the hostel next door so that they could ring our host and let them know we were here as we did not have a Korean mobile service Phone. There was a sign on the front desk stating they were working on other tasks and some phone numbers to ring. There was no one at the reception to check me in. I waited 20 minutes after ringing bell at the reception desk. I did not have a working phone so I had to go to another hotel and request owner to call my hotel! I was told that somebody is at the desk most of the time but I did not see anyone at the desk for the 2 days I was there nor when I checked out by just leaving the key at reception since no one answered the bell again. They couldn't relocate us and I'm still waiting for someone to answer to me. The room payment was made in advance so the owner kept our money and we had to find another hotel.
